United States Armed Forces members who have served in World War I, World War II, the Vietnam War, the Gulf War, or any other battle in our history are honored at our dealership. We also do as per vehicle sold donation that supports our local veterans and military personnel. Veterans Day was previously named Armistice Day, founded on November 11, 1919. Armistice symbolizes a truce or agreement made by opposing sides in a war, and this day marked the first anniversary of ending WWI. Armistice Day officially was named a federal holiday in 1938. It was later amended by President Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1954 to encompass all veterans.
