Ford Explorer Base
The base trim of the Ford Explorer trim levels is anything but ordinary. It’s equipped with the 2.3L EcoBoost® engine which provides 300 horsepower and 310 lb.-ft. of torque. With the available 3.3L Hybrid engine, the Ford Explorer can deliver 318 horsepower and 322 lb.-ft. of torque, making it one of the most powerful picks from the Ford Explorer trim levels. This engine can even tow up to 5,000 lbs.! You’ll also be riding in maximum comfort with the luxe leather-trimmed seats with micro-perforated inserts and accent stitching that come standard on this model.
Ford Explorer ST
The standard 3.0L EcoBoost® Twin-Turbo V6 engine provides a hefty 400 horsepower and 415 lb.-ft. of torque.
